- Plan, organize and manage daily body repairs and fittings on customer vehicle.
- Assist different task to a team of panel beaters and fitters depending on their skill levels ensuring the highest productivity, quality of workman ship that need the set standard and customer satisfaction.
- Receive, schedule, dispatches and monitor all the jobs coming to bodyshop.
- Communicate the status and any change in the schedule to the service advisor and to manage and controller the vehicle movement in, to and out of the bodyshop.
- Visit the insurance Company to follow up with the payments.
