Provide design & production expertise to work on the company's brand and Image and create Marketing materials for different channels. Undertake the design and production of the company’s publications. Also provide expertise and assistance to key to departmental projects.
Graphic design and branding:
- Working on PowerPoint to develop all our presentation.
- Creating infograghs from raw content.
- Working on Internal use designs for the different businesses like (reports, Internal announcements and e visuals, e-newsletter)
- Working on external Materials designs like (pitch books, Marketing campaigns and events concepts and branding items, presentations)
- Create and develop designs and layouts for local intranet. This includes - banner advertising, e-mailers, leaflets, adverts, brochures, greeting cards, banners and various other communications materials as requested.
Production & print house management
- Work closely with print houses to ensure best quality and prices of printing materials
- Research & produce or work with production companies on customized projects, stationary and gift items
Videos and animation:
- Create storyboards and initiate ideas of videos for social media and website
- Implement videos on video creation programs
- Knowledge of different types of animation (sketch, 3D and 2D)
Website:
- Maintaining external website (content, design and backend administration).
- Stay abreast of current trends in the digital marketing and web development world. Meet or collaborate with experts in the digital marketing and web development field to stay updated.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Work alongside with Vice President of Corporate Communications on projects related to Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Coordinate with IT and external vendors.
- Create Campaign Materials to be posted on social media and digital Media.
