• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and windows server 2012,
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues,
• Ability to work under pressure during working hours and after working hours
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
• Motivation to learn new skills and technologies
• Good understanding of Networks (switches and Router) , Basic network configurations
• Good understanding of servers
Basic Backup Understanding
• Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops
• Install, configure, update, monitor and troubleshoot various OS- s, Applications, Internet Browsers, Anti-virus software
• Monitor, maintain, debug and troubleshoot desktop incidents, hardware failures, Wireless and Networking problems
A valid Kuwaiti Driving license
