Administrative
a) Implements the Contract.
b) Establishes and maintains correct manning levels.
c) Ensures Cost control, invoicing and reporting.
d) Prepares periodic progress and activity reports.
e) To lead and direct the Safety Officers’ and implement the Company’s HSE policy and Plan
Operational
a) Implements inspection priorities to comply with the Company requirements.
b) Ensures that contractual obligations are complied with.
c) Ensures that all safety regulations and all government regulations pertaining to the employment of Contract staff and execution of services are fully complied with.
d) Drives vehicles assigned by the Contractor.
Liaison
a) Performs liaison with Company Departments.
b) Co-ordinates scope of work with Company Departments. c) Ensures implementation of Material Delivery Schedules.
c) Liaises with Company-appointed other Contractors as required for the related jobs.
Planning
a) Establishes surveillance system and monitors progress to ensure that inspection goals are achieved.
