To manage THE COMPANY’s commercial function for the sale of LV/ MV switchgear and associated products, tender pre-qualifications, cost estimations, product/project design, technical support and business development activities for the enhancement of product line.
GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Commercial strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategy and action plans for THE COMPANY LV/MV switchgear products and services.
2.Risk management: Identify, manage and mitigate risks involved in commercial operations of THE COMPANY’s LV/MV switchgear products and services.
3.People management: Develop, motivate and coach people in commercial department for effective commercial sales and technical services of LV/ MV products.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
4.Pre-qualification approvals: Liaise with representatives of Oil & Gas and ministries to get pre-qualification approvals for THE COMPANY as a qualified suppliers for LV/ MV switchgear products and services.
5.Tendering & Product Sales: Identify sales and project opportunities for THE COMPANY’s LV/MV switchgear products and prepares quotations based on the client’s project requirements and ensures all proposed commercial activities meet internal profitability standards.
6.Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepares, justifies and/or estimates costs associated with projects requirements and assesses and allocates the full cost of each project, including personnel and activities.
7.Product Design Coordination: Coordinate with technical team for product design parameters and specifications and review of related technical drawings to ensure that the products to be assembled are in-line with the design specification mandated by the clients.
8.Project Management: Manage and supports projects, sets proposes deadlines for product and technical service deliverables, identifies team resources, assigns tasks, checks and monitors project performance.
9.Technical Support: Manage the technical support team in handling escalated LV/ MV switchgear products and commissioning related technical issues and providing best solutions to the clients.
10.Principal Supplier Management: Coordinate with key principals like Siemens, General Electric, ABB and Schneider regarding technical review of their products and negotiate product pricing to achieve competitive pricing and finalization of contracts with the principals.
11. Business Development: Involve in business development activities to extend THE COMPANY’s product line and in getting new solutions like BMS & Solar system OEMs as THE COMPANY product lines.
QMS & EMS Activities: Ensure compliance with QMS & EMS Activities
