1. To serve the function of identifying specific business needs, defining and documenting complete and accurate requirements and presenting those requirements in a manner that is acceptable, attainable, measurable and flexible enough to meet project and business needs.
2. Act as a point of contact for teams with business intelligence / data queries, liaising various teams and departments daily.
3. Develop and implement effective reporting using various tools to minimize risk and proactively identify problem areas
4. Produce and distribute reports to relevant internal parties analysing data and highlighting key areas of interest
5. Support the data analytics process by developing reports, queries and data pipelines that can lead to add new data sources or new views in our data
6. Report on various business issues to relevant team members by providing appropriate analysis and commentaries
