Key Accountabilities:
§ Matches deal confirmations, on Reuters and Telex, with Deal Tickets. § Prompt answering of telephones. § Learns and executes the Bank's FX hedging program (trading, risk monitoring, reporting) including championing strategic FX hedging vision for a scaling growth Portfolio. § Assists in writing Dealers Tickets for transactions confirmed on Reuters and Telephone. § Investigates any issues between Back-Office and Dealing Room. § Develops knowledge base through studies of market rates and currency movements. § Observes and complies with set procedures and practices. § Sees to any additional request made by Head of Desk, Executive or Manager. § Develops and maintains relationships with all stakeholders. § Ensures Client satisfaction with the Division’s products and services. § Addresses all Client requests and orders, and redirects, if needed, to the concerned parties for proper solutions. § Collects, stores and maintains relative data ensuring accurate documentation of information § Submits analysis and reporting on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly). |
