Key Responsibilities:
· Provide inputs to management for budget planning for various projects
· Control and monitor project budgets
· Verification and certification of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors and record all project expenditures.
· Provide planning and cost control support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of client billing processes, etc
· Provide commercial review support for Purchase Order, Subcontracts and Service Orders
· Monitor the project implementation in line with contract requirement and exercise the variation order process, as required with clients
· Coordinate and work with Project Team to resolve project issues to ensure the completion of projects within budget
· Attend project meetings and discussions with the project team and clients, as required
· Prepare and present reports related to the cost performance of the projects
· Prepare, monitor and control Risk and Opportunities of various project phases
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties, as required
