-Receive the request from various departments and stores. Identify purchasing needs, follow- up to ensure timely and accurate products delivery.
-Prepare the price comparison, small purchase orders. Follow-up with the suppliers on the status of purchase orders.
Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment and compare information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
Inspect shipments and record damages or defects; notify the Manager for the same.
Maintain files and records of materials, prices, inventories and deliveries.
