- Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.
- Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.
- Prepare & update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.
- Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks.
- Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.
- Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.
- Prepare Time sheets & monthly incentive for all his employees.
- Collect and share the competitor activity report
