Gastronomica is a leading restaurant operator in the Middle East specializing in unique dining concepts.
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Kuwait and support our CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for all diary management and travel arrangements prioritizing your workload to meet tight deadlines. You will also be required to develop and maintain relationships with internal staff and external clients with a professional image being presented at all times. Provide administrative support to CEO and other senior level executives within Gastronomica whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
