Key responsibilities
- Perform higly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Increase the reliability of machines and reduce the break down time in order to increase productivity of machines thru preventive maintenance, condition based monitoring and effective way of breakdown maintenance.
Key tasks:
- Shall be responsible to upkeep all electrical control panels, motors and field instruments of factory, warehouses and residence area
- Shall maintain / Repair all equipments for the factory as per preventive maintenance schedule and as per assignment given by Supervisor/Maintenance Manager .
- Shall complete MJR’S as per instruction of Supervisor/Maintenance Manager.
- Shall learn all operation of utility like fire fighting equipments, compressors, softener, and thinner recycling machine.
- Shall operate and maintain log sheets as per instruction of Supervisor/Maintenance Manager.
- Shall do recording of daily activities in daily accomplishment report.
- Shall observe company timings and maintain discipline at work.
- Shall observe the fire and safety instructions of the factory and be an active member of fire fighting team.
- Shall maintain all company property in lean and serviceable condition.
- Report all difficulties he face solving the technical problem to supervisor
- Ensuring all housekeeping is in accordance with Hempel best practice.
- To ensure adherance to company policies and procedures.
- To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
- Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs
- Minimise the maintenance costs.
- Reduce the Breakdwon time to achieve the departmental KPIs.
- Preventive Maintenance on time.
- QHSE Compliance.
Work relations
- Opertionally reporting to Maintenance Supervisor and and functionally reporting to Maintenance Manager.
- Work in various inside and outside environment being subjected to weather changes, noise, vibrations, job hazards and atmospheric conditions.
