Reports to Mall Manager.
Property Management firm seeking a charismatic Leasing Coordinator who can mediate between current tenants and potential tenants. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing that can promote and sell retail opportunities and event space giving special attention to our small business incubator Soapbox. The ideal candidate must also be able to facilitate what our current tenants needs are and be able to monitor them if needed.
The ideal Leasing Coordinator will have excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic, maintaining a positive attitude at work, working well with others and having the patience to moderate social media are required skills for this position.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective tenants for leasing opportunities.
- Respond to leasing inquires.
- Encourage and maintain a healthy relationship between tenants and management team.
- Be able to communicate with tenants with ease when needed.
- Monitor tenants and report to management any misconduct, issues or grievances.
- Anticipate tenants needs, give feedback to management for improvement.
- Facilitate between tenant and marketing for event space leasing.
- Develop and execute retail/entrepreneurial based events to promote our vibrant small business incubator Soapbox.
- Inspect public areas prior to events.
- Gather and compile data on each event.
- Coordinate, gather quotations and follow up with agencies, vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and evaluate audiovisual equipment in event space.
