Summary :
Performing regular corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC, Boilers & Compressed air units and equipment. Participating in assessing contractors work through conducting inspections on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units and comparing them to approved designs, as well as ensure their installation according to set specifications. Ensuring required air quality is available for continuous production.
Technical & Executive: :
- Participating in assessing contractors work and assuring compliance to plans and specifications
- Continuous review of spare parts availability and update spare parts list of new equipment
- Performing regular corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC units and equipment
- Repairing or replacing worn out HVAC parts and equipment
- Performing daily reviews of BMS data and plot graphs
