Responsible for the ERP system (cost module) towards proper performance.
Review and follow up on site reports and obtain information related to cost control.
Maintain project records of cost data for all cost reporting functions from various sources.
Assemble data for preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts.
Compile and analyze data and prepare various reports specific to project controls activities.
Control files on schedules, cost reports and the associated information.
Participate in development of the annual financial plan and monthly forecasting.
Prepare project invoicing as per contract invoicing procedures.
Prepare subcontracts agreement, amendment and payment applications.
Prepare other tender documents as well as s-curve cash flow.
Prepare tracking files of trial balance, monthly expenses and commitment reports.
Prepare reports required by company management.
Prepare weekly consolidated ageing receivables report.
Check monthly cost status report (MCSR) against cost control files (cost data and back charges).
Review and maintain system of project forecast report (PFR).
Compile project controls reports and presentations as required.
