We are looking for Network Planning and Revenue Management Manager to develop bus service planning processes, which provide a cost-effective network, meet demand requirements, revenue targets, scheduling efficiency and expansion plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To construct schedules and rosters that minimize cost, and optimize revenue, to provide accurate and timely schedules and rosters to all KGL PTS Operations teams.
2. To ensure effective market intelligence systems and initiatives and maintain an up to date awareness of competitors.
3. To provide statistical support, reports and information on the network and schedules as maybe required including charter customers and government contracts.
4. To maintain accurate and up to date records of all operations, including working arrangements, timetables, contract and service registration files and associated correspondence; and update computer files as necessary.
5. To control and administer the procedure for maintaining manpower resources for KGL PTS operations. Ensure maximum utilization of manpower across all operations, by building efficient rosters and schedules that are applicable cross functionally.
6. To provide accurate and timely information on bus output to the depot staff.
7. Carry out field surveys to optimize existing routes and develop new routes. Carry out regular health checks on the network.
8. Produce daily, weekly and monthly patronage, revenue and trend analysis.
9. To take part in the Management process and to develop and maintain positive and constructive working relationships with all members of the team and others within the company. To assist in cases of absent as requested.
10. To undertake other reasonable tasks requested by the Operations Manager or other Managers within the Company
Languages:
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferable written and verbal Arabic communication skills.
