- Draft designs proposals for building plans for residential, commercial and industrial construction projects
- Create detailed drawings and specification for the project and ensure accuracy of measurements
- Work with Technical team to review project scope and project element such as structure and building elements are accurately incorporate in the design
- Monitor preparation of technical drawings and ensure accuracy
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress and ensure any changes may be needed is done at the initial project stages
- Observe environmental and safety issues designs in addition to local and international regulation and building standards
- Work with construction team to resolving issues that may arise during the construction and amend / modify as needed
- Assist in specifying the materials needed for the project
- Attend work site visits with clients and construction team and maintain progress report and changes during the project
