- McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
- Experience dealing with virus/worm outbreaks and malware analysis Point of contact for all technical support issues including, Maintain McAfee ePO environment in optimum performance and compliance standards.
- Administration including the ability to configure and resolve complex security issues in support of enterprise users (1000+ users) in a geographically dispersed environment.
- Monitor and report on security data generated by the McAfee solutions.
- Resolve and document complex security issues including root cause analysis, prevention and workaounds.
- Identify process and technical imporvements for the environment - Establish an maintain configurations and policies.
- Adminster McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and McAfee host based IDS and IPS systems.
- Create ePO queries and reports to collect various deployment statistics as required.
- Understand client's operational and sustainment methodologies and processes.
- Perform adds/removes/changes on existing Performance Monitoring grapgs.
- Ensure dail backups are occuring on all NOC applications.
- Certify that all NOC applications are running without issues for optimal performance.
- Develop shell and Perl scripts to perform specific monitoring tasks to confirm availability of an application or to retrieve metrics working closely with production support and Development teams.
- Enhancing alerting and integration with other products.
- Ability to provice 24/7 on-call support for Critival Incidents resolution.
- Integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, Radius, NTLM, SAML, AADL, IWA and Open directory platforms.
- Managing strong authentication technologies and protocols (PKI, S/ SSL)
- Managing and Maintaining SolarWinds. NPM, SAM, NCM, SRM, UDT, IVIM, DPA, LEM, IPAM, WPM, QOE, VNQM, FOE, V MManager modules.
- Creating Custom Pollers and app insight reports by using complex MS SQL queries with solarwinds Database.
- SolarWinds Automate capacity planning to prevent network and storage outages.
- Implementing IP SLA monitoring by coordinating network team
- Cisco ACS and Cisco AMP for endpoints
