- Manages the entire gamut of maintenance activities for both contractual and inhouse facilities to the best of satisfaction of the external and internal clients.
- Ability to lead a team of technicians and maintain optimum productivity .
- Hires, trains , motivates and develops, technical crew based on the project requirements.
- Promotes innovation and introductes technological advancements in work , while maintaining a fine balance between cost effectivemenss and customer satisfaction.
- Manages all hard and soft services including cleaning contracts, security and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance.
- Ensures strict compliance of statutory and Health and Safety norms in all work areas.
- Participates in site visits of IFM projects and supports inbid costing and execution of contracts.
- Prepares and monitors budgets for various activities and ensures strict compliance to it.
- Develops multiple vendors for all outsources services, evaluates and manages them with set KPIs.
