- Assist HR Manager with day to day operations of the transactional and strategic activities of the department.
- Provide necessary support and guidance to Human Resources Department team
- Maintain digital and manual data pertaining to employees, properly.
- Lead and execute all day to day activities related to employees, including but not limited to local hiring, training, discipline, grievances, performance evaluations etc. initiated by the department and prepare relevant MIS.
- Coordinate HR projects such as overseas Recruitment, interdepartmental meetings, training, surveys, campaigns, welfare initiatives etc., and document the details.
- Monitor accuracy of the payroll inputs (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) as received from various departments and project sites.
- Supervise and coordinate Government related formalities and compliances.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
