Entire aspects of management of labor accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance, occupancy, security, welfare, pest control and maintenance of discipline in the camp
Coordinate with central Kitchen for food requirements in line with occupancy
Ensure safety & security of employees as well as company assets
Conduct daily inspection of the accommodation as well as common areas and send reports to Operations manager and HR Department
Handle medical emergencies and report all the concerned simultaneously
Monitor and control the water supply/ usage
Conduct camp and security induction for the new arrivals.
Coordinates with maintenance department for all relevant works related to the facility
Maintain higher level of hygiene levels all over the accommodation
Conducts fire and emergency drills in coordination with HSE Department
