BASIC FUNCTION
- Responsible for the efficient implementation and monitoring of Outlet Sales activities in compliance with the systems, structures, standards, policies and procedures of the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Operation Manager in developing Sales Plans and brief the marketing department on required promotional campaigns
- To set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales staff
- Develop policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations
- Make review meeting with Branches and Head office staff
- Ensure all Operational activity, planning and execution are at the highest level
- Ensure the sales objectives set by the management are achieved
- Provide market place feedback
- Ensure to operate and promote a culture of best practice in all they do
- To handle Drivers and monitor all the delivery process until the last mile execution
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
