Job Summary/Purpose:
Supervise the fleet sales in order to achieve the set targets and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Check quotation for the customer details, price, quantity, specifications, delivery date, and warranty and submit it to the Deputy General Manager, Fleet for approval.
Check vehicle documentation prepared by Sales Administrator, sign delivery note and send copy to Delivery Center.
Prepare daily sales report on incoming and outgoing customers and submit to Deputy General Manager, Fleet for review.
Ensure delivery of vehicles to customers on time.
Send credit invoices, purchase orders, registration order to Finance Department on daily basis.
Monitor vehicle stock, follow up on reservation of vehicles completing 7 days, monitor or release vehicle if not purchased.
Follow-up and monitor tenders and quotations received from the Government and Fleet ensuring all contracts are in line with Company policy; Highlight any discrepancy to Deputy General Manager, Fleet.
Develop customer database, visit customers on weekly basis for enhanced customer service and good relations.
Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.
Ensure filing of documents.
Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.
Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
