- To achieve profitable sales by managing the Retail Operations across various outlets
- Ensure high levels of customer service and delivering operational excellence
- To manage all operational aspects of the company through the Store Management teams across all outlets
- To liaise across all functions of the business and facilitate any required changes / action
- Work closely with Management to develop and deliver company goals and strategic plans
- Ensure all SOP’s are followed and develop any new processes required
- Support all outlets to deliver sales targets and take corrective action when required
- Ensure all outlets maintain merchandising disciplines in line with SOP
- Ensure profit is maximized by minimizing waste and stock loss through implementing agreed processes
- Ensure on shelf availability is controlled and maintained throughout the year
- Ensure inventory data is controlled and accurate
- Ensure stock holding is controlled within given targets
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene is maintained across all outlets
- Ensure stores are always legal and safe for both customers and colleagues
- Ensure external service providers deliver required standard to stores – Security / Sanitation
- Assist managers in people management by resolution of escalated issues
- Ensure labor resource is effectively deployed and managed across all outlets
- Enhance talent retention by developing team members with internal progression
