- Develop and implement the Banta Process, checklist and policy
- Ensure the Audit operation about the Banta process, checklist and policy (showroom, warehouse, factory and management) are carried out on time
- Perform daily quality control audits (auditing the process and checklist) report inefficiency and ensure continuous improvement
- Work on Business Development Projects (process productivity, audit report, special projects) like ISO, BACS (banta access control system), KPIs, BD Training for new staff)
- Ensure each location audit should not be less than 95% (5% mistakes for each location
- Reports should include process checking
