- Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
- Specifying the requirements for the project
- Playing a part in project and team management
- Charge of Shop Drawings Preparation and Co-ordination
- Responsible for coordination with the execution stuff according the Management instructions
- Complete compliance with delivery schedule without any delays
- Shop Drawings as per project standards
- 2D CAD blocks in all the architectural layout floor by floor and building by building.(Should lead draftsman)
- Details for each and every item
- 2D, 3D, Elevation, Section, Assembly, Selects Finishes, Material Specifications, and Wire Management
- Details for each and every item that will NOT FIT in the area & space within the original dimensions; and the recommended solution for rectifying the same
