- Checking all accounts and make sure from all data entries had been done by the associate
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly reports (Profit & loss report)
- Prepare monthly internal balance sheet (Software balance sheet)
- Prepare the Assets register sheet and calculate the accumulated depreciation for each item and update it monthly wise
- Prepare the Leave & Indemnity calculation sheet and update it monthly wise
- Deal with auditors, prepare Audit file
- Arrange the management report quarterly or at the end of the year as required from the client
- Meet with clients to review the monthly reports and follow with clients
- Insure a highly connections with the clients to avoid any problem and build a good relations with the clients
- Create chart of account
