The Supply Chain Officer will be exposed to each/some of the following areas:
a) Supply Chain Systems
b) Supply Chain Analysis & Process Improvements
c) Warehouse & Distribution Operations
d) Freight management
At the end of the rotation, the candidate will then be ready to take on full time responsibility in one of the areas.
Key Accountability:
Apply themselves diligently towards gaining knowledge and suggest improvements
Review all current processes and document or optimize where possible.
Strong understanding of systems and be proficient in their use
Able to generate management reports and conduct investigations into processes when required
Able to present findings and conclusions to management
