We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager at our office who will be primarily responsible for managing two key relationships with our clients. The incumbent will be working with a world leading full-service travel agencies, distinguished by its proprietary knowledge, analytic rigour and creative solutions. The Account Manager should be a team player and have strong inter-personal and people management skills.
- Preferred knowledge in online business SaaS
- Able to travel to meet hospitality hotels – travel agencies.
Roles & Responsibility
- Liaising with the client on day-to-day basis and being the client’s representative at the agency
- Assist the Account Director and contribute in the strategic development process to ensure sound advertising solutions are achieved
- Work with our clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies/implements products to help achieve client goals
- Designing the brief that will facilitate better creative output
- Managing relations with internal departments of the travel agency, hotels, catering
- Devise and implement sales strategies and promotions, pricing & discounting policies etc.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets for the sales department.
- Manage all sales aspects of company business such as physical distributions, product and development distribution
- Initiate and follow up sales leads, qualify potential accounts, manage, negotiate, and close sales opportunities
- Ensure proper assessment/evaluation of the sales performance and motivation of the sales team
- Meet and/or exceed annual sales quota including commission earnings
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition activities, market trends, etc
- Monitor daily market visits of the sales team and make sure those customers concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Recruit, Apprise, train, coach, mentor, and supervise sales team
- Performs any other duties as assigned by management
