Sales:
- Plan and participate in setting goals within the showrooms and policies related to pricing, Promoting and communicating with the targeted markets.
- Organize sales activities which include the organization of the sales efforts through the development of an effective structure where salesmen represent the link between the company and its customers.
- Implement the approved sales activities.
- Develop and train sales team on store policies,department procedures and job duties by conducting daily sales observations and weekly sales meetings.
- Supervise actions of the retail sales men in the showrooms and provide the guidance.
- Coordinate the sales activities with the other departments like Marketing, Purchasing, Store and Finance.
- Develop an effective rewards system to motivate the sales staff.
- Conducting yearly appraisals and performance reviews with development plans for the showrooms employees.
- Continuous and effective communication with brand managers to ensure the proper implementation of the approved promotional activities in the showrooms.
- Ensure the availability of all publications and tools needed for the running promotions.
- Working and coordinating with Brand managers regarding the Aging , Slow-Moving Items and Dead Stock to reach the expected performance and the achievement of the required annual sales plan.Plan and maintain the sales quota for the showrooms and determine the required target from each showroom (Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly).
Administrative :
- Assist in the recruitment process for the
Showrooms staff and assigning their duties and tasks. - Plans and prepares work schedules for the employees.
- Ensures full implementation of merchandise, display as per the company’s guidelines.
- Manages all admin work related to the showrooms staff in coordination with the management such as (Annual leave, sick leaves, break periods, working hours, ..)
- Ensure compliance in uniform, personal hygiene and general appearance of the showrooms staff.
- Ensures all showrooms’ activities are in alignment with organizational policies & procedures like products display, customer service, opening and closing timing and etc..
Customer Service
- Provides exceptional customer service and ensures that the sales staff also provides the
same level of service. - Handles and follows on customer’s complaints and inquires.
- Interacts with the VIP customers to ensure the quality of services provided.
