1. Conduct and submit quarterly staff appraisal in the assigned target dates.
2. Ensure that the staff assigned has received necessary mandatory HSE training in line with company and client requirements.
3. Receive customer complaints and react to resolve them promptly. Forward all complaints and suggestions to Camp Boss for record reference and action.
4. Attend QHSE tool box meeting / workshops with staff to promote QHSE practices.
5. Report all incidents/ accidents, fire, near miss, FAC, loss, theft and damage to the Project Manager / HSE advisor immediately.
6. Ensure availability, correct usage and maintenance of PPE in the house keeping area.
7. Make necessary planning to ensure that the house keeping services are carried out without interruption during shift change.
8. Report all absenteeism and disciplinary cases to the Camp Boss for necessary action.
9. Assist and advice chief cook in the menu planning and submit to clients for approval.
10. Ensure to achieve the targets set by the Operations Manager.
11. Ensure to verify the various ISO 22000 systems in the kitchen and Storage area and assist if required to carry out corrective actions in case of any non compliance or deviance from the system requirements.
