Job Objective:
To assist the Director in the IR reporting process and in assessing and executing M&A transactions; which includes financial reports, Developed financial and valuation models, investor presentations, and other reports in a timely manner, and to coordinate with all relevant parties in developing and issuing the same.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, letters, and other deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth economic, industry, and competitor research.
- Assists in enforcement of M&A projects deadlines and schedules.
- Researching and analyzing potential investments with the Telecom and Technology Industry
- Developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and distribute updates about key competitors, customers and the overall telecom sector; that includes financial results, product initiatives, key strategies, etc.
- Perform financial analysis on peer group and industry, prepare benchmark analysis and provide support on financial issues as directed.
- Maintain a database of competitive and peer investor relations & communication practices; and keep the Director informed.
- Assist the Director in organizing and preparing for the annual general meetings, as required.
- Coordinate with the Financial Control department to conduct relevant analysis on key data for investors and report the same to the Director.
- Review peer companies’ data and releases, and provide executive summaries to the Senior Manager on the same.
- Assist the IR Director in delivering quarterly earnings and deliverables including financial analysis, earnings script, sample Q&A, presentation drafts and sell-side / buy-side follow up scheduling.
- Conduct research on the telecom industry or company specific trends to help support and improve communication with current / potential shareholders.
- Review sell side analyst valuation models and analysis.
- Prepare Shareholders Matrix to assist the Director in identifying the shareholders by type and better assess the structure.
- Prepare a comparative analysis summarizing the key aspects, valuations and estimates on VIVA stock as per analysts’ coverage.
- Assist the Director in developing the content used for analyst presentations and meetings.
- Conduct research on competitor and peer investor relations financial information; and present it to the Director.
- Assist in the development of the Annual Report as instructed by the Director.
- Perform other relevant tasks, as instructed by the Director.
