The Head Fitness Coach will provide personal training & initial assessments to the clients. He or she will help to build, manage and lead a team of fitness coaches (personal trainers) while serving as a mentor and manager. The Head Fitness Coach will promote the core values, mission and culture of the Platinum.
Assessment & Training
Conduct comprehensive fitness assessment of prospective clients
Follow protocol for assignment of clients to other team members as needed
Design effective exercise sessions within our structured formats that provide optimum results
Implement workout program developed from the initial assessment
Provide support and encouragement for each client
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly
Effectively manage appointments and be punctual
Development & Management
Oversee and manage a team of coaches to ensure an exceptional level of service is consistently provided to new and existing clients.
Train new coaches as per the company procedures and protocols
Assist in creating training and development of guidelines for coaches regarding special programs, inventory control, emergency procedures, reporting incidents/accidents and improving general business practices.
Delegate effectively in order to prioritize work tasks while maximizing opportunities for career growth for each team member
Team Player
First res-ponder to emergency calls from coaches regarding vehicle incidents/accidents/concerns.
Fill in for other coaches, when necessary and possible, for client satisfaction and continuity of services.
Contributes ideas on ways to improve our processes, better service to clients and/or improve productivity in all areas and with all team players.
