• Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations based on insights from the feedback data
• Monitor customer service and experience trends and share valuable insights with top management and relevant Tasks and responsibilities
• Customer research using a variety of tools and approaches
• Create new methodologies in customer satisfaction surveys to improve and increase customers’ loyalty
• Achieving NPS results conducting journey mapping exercises
• Being constantly aware of customers and their needs.
• Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products, their warranty procedures, basic troubleshooting
• Following all reasonable instructions as requested by the management.
• Aim to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining a high standard of customer Experience.
• Able to react to change productively & handle other essential task assigned by the superiors;
• Maintain compliance with all company policy & procedure.
• Working as a team with every member of the organization.
