Role Summary:
Act as the main interface to attract, develop, assess, deploy and retain the people needed to achieve strategic objectives and meet future business needs. Work closely with key stakeholders and human resources department to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving employee skills.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on designing and implement programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning.
- Utilize leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies.
- Measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development programs.
- Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- Manage IQ test &, emotional intelligence assessment test for some critical positions.
- Conduct competencies based job analysis interview to get the full idea of the role required.
- Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs.
- Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities.
- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates.
- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits.
- Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives.
- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees.
