- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the showroom
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist customers with information on various products, up sell products, accessories and increase sales
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure stock is maintained at all times
- Prepare quotations, sample requests as per customer needs
- Maintain showroom visitors report
