Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- At least 2 years sales, logistic experience in KU market
- Proven sales success through relationship / solutions selling
- Good knowledge about 3PL
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
- Formulate bids / quotes in coordination with Supervisor.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with JTC order-processing & Operations staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys in co-ordination with JTC Business Development Department.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Formulate, administer and carry out customer satisfaction surveys on 6 monthly intervals
