Job Purpose:
Take ownership of communication between infrastructure and development team, Knowledgeable in software, hardware and networks. They must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail, take the ownership for executing agreed activities.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a link between developments and infra team.
- Take ownership of patch managements on web and database servers.
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Monitor system and network performance
- Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Computer science
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of working experience
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases and applications
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- IIS 7.0 till IIS 10
- Windows 2016 Servers
- SQL Server 2016
