- Ensure that work is carried out according to the approved procedures to achieve effective control.
- Supervise the preparation of the balance sheets and financial statements and ensure that they are carried out according to the approved criteria and policies.
- Supervise the preparation of the company estimated budget and coordination with the various departments in this respect.
- Prepare periodical reports and financial reports and submit them to the senior management.
- Analyze financial performance weaknesses and strength, in addition to submission of actual performance comparison reports with the planned performance, as well as submission of the required proposals and recommendations required for the department in this respect.
- Submit recommendations to the senior management in connection with the investment processes and financing the company.
- Participate in the evaluation of the company computerized systems and develop them.
- Cooperate with the internal and external auditor and facilitate their works.
- Audit the financial processes which create dues or liabilities for the company, verify their accuracy before posting them to the concerned accounts.
- Develop the company financial and accounting systems, in a manner suitable with the volume and nature of work.
- Undertake any other works required by the job.
