- Monitor all control systems inside the Control Room e.g. CCTV, BMS System, Fire Alarm System… etc.
- Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room
- Monitoring of all areas of the car park using CCTV and other monitoring equipment to ensure the safe guarding of customers, staff and equipment
- Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities
- Operate a range of remote call monitoring, alarms and communication facilities contained within the Control Room
- Write incidents reports and record all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format. To provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries.
- Report equipment failure to the line manager to maximize operation of the system.
- Coordinating and deploying of staff to areas of the car park when assistance is required through the use of remote control radio.
- Acting as control operator for health, safety and emergency incidents, liaising with local emergency services when required
- Provide reports to the management on shifts incidents and other reports when required.
- Cover the work load and emergences for 24/7.
- Liaise with Security, Cashiers, Supervisors – Airport Operations and Maintenance Team for all operational issues inside the parking area.
- Perform minor troubleshooting issues inside the Control Room as and when needed.
