As a Business Head you would be accountable for developing and deploying the strategic glide path for the next 3 years. Looking at the short and long terms plans for the market you would look at building a business which is sustainable and delivers on profitability. You would also look at the present portfolio of products and look at acquiring new principals who are in synergy with the overall business objectives. Develop and implement the CAPEX plans, ensure effectiveness of working capital and optimisation of resources. The P&L would lie with you.
