The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible to oversee all HR Processes for the family office at Alghanim Industries. She/he is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention of staff for the family office. Individuals in this role will need to be able to work independently and be highly results-driven, resourceful, flexible and self-motivated.
• Work in close cooperation with other relevant stakeholders including HRBPs to ensure alignment and compliance to Alghanim policies and processes.
• Implement best HR Practices for running a family office
• Develop initiatives to drive and foster employee engagement programs.
• Expediting completion of centralized HR processes such as 360, performance management objectives and appraisals etc., as applicable.
• Takes charge of any relevant employee relation issues and ensure compliance to standard protocol.
• Provide HR-relevant services on day to day operations of the assigned functions
• Ensure that adequate HR procedural controls are in place.
• Maintaining, reporting and analyzing HR data.
• Support ongoing learning, succession planning and development planning for your client group.
• Assess training needs and monitor training & development programs.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with External Recruitment Agency and Embassies for Recruitment
• Offer negotiations and preparation of employment contracts with a high degree of confidentiality
• Execute the annual salary increment and bonus for non-managerial population.
