• Develop and maintain product quality systems focused on the early detection and reporting of product anomalies on current products.
• Continuously monitor product performance to create testimonials and report to suppliers in case of product under performance or product failures as applicable
• Coordinate with OE manufacturer distributors in Kuwait and ensure timely service and satisfaction.
• Conduct OE Fitment survey on PCR & LT vehicles from time to time to ensure availability of the identical OE product.
• Manage all product claims activity.
• Recommend new product improvements where necessary.
• Coordinate and Assist Tire Manufacturer regional office to carry out various technical activities as required by them.
• Report industry/market trends.
• Provide resources to assist sales, marketing and advertising department projects as required.
• Maintain high standards of service towards complete customer satisfaction
• Create and manage all budgets for departmental expenses
• Create & Implement Department and external Training Programs
• Manage overall technical department direction
• Machinery / Equipment audit
