- Ensure customer is proactively greeted and welcomed as they arrive
- Inquire about and assess customer requirements and needs
- Assist customer to welcome area and assist with any relevant digital media
- Ensure a pleasant experience for the customer overall
- Manage and maintain an overview of the capacity of the showroom at all times
- Manage overall coordination of showroom visitors
- Ensure that the main customer contact areas are always clean and in perfect condition
- Ensure all digital signage in the showroom is in perfect working condition, is switched on and is displaying the relevant
content
- Cooperate with and support showroom staff at all times
- Match customer to their appointments via SPOT flow system
- Introduce and hand over customer to the relevant adviser and pass on relevant information
- Create customer profiles and update customer info and insights to provide most current/relevant description of
requirement
- Be aware of any appointment bookings in advance and be prepared for customers’ arrival
