Role Profile:
Lead the analysis, insight, modelling and reporting of assigned projects and ongoing operations. Monitor ongoing performance and enable/give direction to corrective action/optimize ongoing business performance.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Model and provide previous and current information to assist and enable department with reviewing performance
- Develop and Implement a scorecard for measuring the logistics performance of our operations and suppliers
- Provide analytical support to Logistics team for brand forecast review and performance improvements
- Actively challenge data when required
- Provide insight and analysis as to cause and effect
- Drive development of and improvements in current reporting processes
- Analyse and provide recommendations on how customer experience can be enhanced
- Develop and maintain a suite of accurate reports which covers both internal and external requirements
- Undertake focused analysis on specific projects
- Illustrate results, trends or conditions which impact performance
Knowledge:- Degree and a recognized qualification
Experience- High performing analyst with minimum 5 years' experience of building, managing and reporting out of relational databases
- Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a must
- Minimum 2 years in a lead role is expected
Skills:- Highly PC literate and advanced in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Able to provide insight and analysis from large amounts of data
- Able to work across multiple data sources to provide 1 coherent version of the truth
- Excellent communicator across verbal and written platform
- Ability to influence through analysis
