- Establish proper scaffolding control systems and procedures between main store and various sites.
- Maintain proper records of scaffold material throughout the organization.
- Keep & maintain updated records for all scaffold material.
- Ensure that scaffolding material is not lost, damaged or otherwise rendered useless by establishing proper checks and control systems.
- Support Operations team in distribution of Equipment and manpower to various sites.
- Follow up with workshop with respect to asset repairs and maintenance services for various equipment and vehicles.
- Establish systems and follow up on scaffolding refurbishing of damaged or corroded assets.
- Report to top management.
- Supervise group of employees.
- Study & plan scaffold material requirements for different sites.
- Source & procure scaffolding material from different vendors.
- Control the distribution of scaffold material between sites in different locations.
