The Research Analyst shall work within the Market Intelligence team under the direction and guidance of the CEO. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
o Preparing research reports and gathering data on Public Companies, Private Companies, M&A transactions and VC deals
• Participate in the researching process for the GCC markets and companies.
• Checking integrity, credibility, and usability of the database data
o Building companies transaction databases and collecting news from online and offline sources
o Other private equity and financial services assignments/ engagements.
