Needed for a reputable Children’s Autism services provider, we require an experienced Human Resource professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks and duties:
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Overseeing the organizations recruitment needs, including liaising with senior managers to assess staffing needs, posting ads, selecting candidates for interview, preparing approved candidates for assignment including requesting necessary documentation and references
- Maintains a pay plan, ensuring periodic salary reviews are conducted and contract renewals completed in a timely manor
- Oversees employee policies and procedures, updating as necessary, ensuring new employees are orientated and current employees are informed of any changes to policies
- Communicating with employees with regards company benefits programs, and recommends changes to benefits programs to senior management
- Oversees company disciplinary procedures, recording sick and vacation leave, issuing warnings and pay deductions and maintaining records
- Conducting exit interviews, analyzing results and making recommendations to management to improve employee retention
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Kuwaiti labor law guidelines, and communicating the same to employees and management
- Maintains historical human resource records and maintaining an organized records system
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and keeping up to date with developments in the field
Working and contributing as part of a multidisciplinary team
