- Design and support for high end Audio visual requirements for upcoming major projects.
- AV system specifications and budget preparation.
- Carrying out site surveys and provide detailed report to the controlling team for making decisions for upcoming AV Projects.
- Monitoring the installation work to ensure the standards are maintained through all stages of the project.
- Communicating with the installation team to ensure that installations are carried out within the specific time frame and guidelines. esting End user training.
- New technologies study and introduction/ implementation and the like.
- End-to-end management of multimedia conferences (video, audio, web, streaming, etc.)
- Setting up, testing, operating and removing down of AV and VC equipment during special events and high profile senior executive meetings. (E.g. video data projection systems, computers, audio and VC equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, & operation of integrated AV systems).
- Responsible for allocating day to day activities and monitoring all activities of technicians.
- End user training.
