We are looking for a Design Team Package Coordinator for a large project in Kuwait to be responsible for coordination, liaison and communication between the design team and the client. The entire project is divided into three packages and the successful candidate will be in-charge of one such package.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in the design of Mechanical Systems for various building types including Healthcare and Educational facilities.
Candidate should have prior experience in managing a design team inclusive of structural and MEP engineers and coordination with Architects / Landscape / Interior designers and should be aware of construction practices including infrastructure.
The role will involve making critical design decisions pertaining to the project that will be filtered through the prospective candidate who will be in-charge of the overall design development process. This individual will identify any conflicts arising among and between engineering / architectural disciplines and be able to scrutinize, analyze and rectify during each design phase of the project.
